MY JOURNEY AS A PHOTOGRAPHER
Something new entailed taking a photo of something with a new technique, something that is new, something different from how you take a picture(i.e. Manual mode instead of auto), etc... For this shot, I purchased one of these Lense Balls. Refraction photography is not something that is easy to do, but I decided to make it my something new. The results aren't that bad for my first go at this technique.
Coming up next week: Neglected
This weeks challenge involves leading lines; lines within a photo that draws the viewers eyes to a specific spot in the photo. I decided to go and take this photo after my schooling adviser told me that a photo I had used for my photo assignment from this location would be a good representation of leading lines.
Coming up on next weeks challenge: Something New
For this weeks challenge, Blue was our subject. I thought about what to do all week and then it hit me while out visiting people. Where I was, there was this blue chair and these blue flowers sitting right next to it. I decided to take a few photos of both the chair with the flowers and then some close-ups of these flowers. This is the image I liked the best and decided on submitting for the challenge.
Coming up on next weeks challenge: Leading Lines
This weeks challenge from 52 Frames was a Self Portrait. Self Portraits are difficult when you are more comfortable behind the camera. I know this challenge is to help me grow as a photographer, but challenges like this I know are aimed to help grow as a person too.
Coming up on next weeks challenge: Blue.
I found online, a group that helps photographers from all over challenge themselves. It is called 52 Frames. The concept is to take 1 photo each week for 52 weeks based on a different weekly themed. I thought, What a way to potentially help me grow as a photographer. I will post each photo that I take on here as I finish each weeks theme. #52Frames
